LETTER: Race Jacket mystery

David Beecroft has emailed in with a plea for help for anybody who recognises the pictured race jacket as that of a Cycle Speedway team.

David said:

I wonder if any of you out there will be able to help. The various speedway forums have been trying to establish which team rode in this race jacket. No one seems to know. The suggestion now is it might be a CYCLE speedway team. Does anyone know or have a photo of this jacket in action?
