NEWS: Chair of commission Elliott writes to clubs ahead of conference

The chair of the Cycle Speedway commission has written to clubs yesterday ahead of the club conference, which takes place in Willenhall, this Sunday (NB: not Saturday, as has been indicated in the letter).
