TRANSFER NEWS: Star becomes an Ace

Sheffield’s Australian star, Bobby McMillan, put pen to paper at the weekend and ended weeks of speculation over his future in the Elite League.

After a very successful year at Sheffield, Bobby has opted for a move to Wednesfield for the 2015 campaign, orchestrated by the Aces own star Paul Heard and making them serious title contenders even before a wheel is turned.

With the World Championships in August, this could be a very smart move for Messrs Heard and McMillan as they will no doubt push each other to the limit on the super-fast Ashmore Park raceway.

For those of you who fancy a gamble, it may be worth sticking a few bob on McMillan in the Finals!
