NEWS: Aces prepare for season ahead

Wednesfield aces have completed the first stage off their preparation for the 2015 world finals in August.

The resurfacing of the Ashmore Park circuit was finished this weekend, by a loyal bunch of club members led by club manager Roger Ellis and track manager Connor Dyke.

In the next few weeks, work will commence on the covered pits area. Hard working committee member Wayne Tipton is project leader of this development and is awaiting confirmation from the city planning department that work can commence.

“General maintenance of the site at Ashmore Park will be a high priority for the next few months” said club president Paul Bodley.
