NEWS: Cycle Speedway to have its biggest TV exposure in years

Cycle Speedway is all set to have its biggest TV exposure in years – thats the terrific news emerging as the sport currently hosts a hugely succesful World Championship and gripping Great Britain V Australia Test match series.

Joe Mclaughlin, who has successfully brought Cycle Speedway to national and international TV screens on nine occasions, has confirmed that no fewer than four of the current bonanza of Cycle Speedway events will be shown in Britain and globally in the next few months.

And, for the first time ever, the new series of four programmes will include Womens racing – with the Womens World Final from Wednesfield set to be televised. The other matches are; the deciding 3rd and final Test match between Great Britain and Australia from Coventry, last Sunday’s World Team Cup final from Poole and the World Final from Wednesfield.

The four programmes are to be transmitted on Sky Sports TV in the UK, before being sydicated around the world.
