PREVIEW: BYJL party heads to Wolverhampton 

After a most successful start to this year’s National Rounds at Kesgrave three weeks ago the action moves to East Park this Saturday. 

137 riders, the largest number for several years, took part at Kesgrave and hopefully this round’s central location will see that number topped. At Kesgrave it was particularly encouraging to see riders from both Newport and Norwich back in a National Round.

The large, pacey East Park circuit is quite a contrast to the tight, banked Kesgrave track, which will give the younger riders a new challenge. Round One saw some excellent racing throughout the day, culminating in a fiercely contested U18 group. 


But the BYJL is as much about taking part as winning and plenty of younger Midlands riders are expected for their first taste of National action.‎ Remember that any U8 and U10 is welcome even if they have not ridden in the regional rounds‎.
