INTERNATIONAL: New Scotland boss Morton appeals for riders

Niall Morton (pictured left in Edinburgh with Scotland legend, John Murphy) has been appointed as the Scotland team manager until 2020, and is appealing for any riders eligible to ride for Scotland before the Home Internationals.

Morton, now based in Scotland for university, has taken up the role of team manager until the end of 2020. Any rider with parents or grandparents who are Scottish are eligible to represent the country.

Anyone wishing to be considered can email Niall at niall.morton17@gmail.com.

Morton’s first test as boss will be at the Home International at Great Blakenham in July, if he is successful in raising a team. The 2017 Home Internationals saw a Home Nations Select team entered instead of the Scots, it would be great to see them back in the fold for 2018 in all three categories.
