AUSTRALIA: Bushrangers take latest round of Team Series

Round 2 of the Team Series that features eight rider squads drawn from the various South Australian clubs was staged at Findon on Sunday 11th November.
On paper the visiting Outlaws appeared the all round stronger side but “Birthday Boy” McMillan, Shane Bentley and newly crowned Australian Individual Champion Jack Norman steered their team to a 16 point interval lead. However the luxury of advantage soon waned as the powerful spearhead of Double World Individual Champion Daniel Pudney and 2017 Runner Up Cody Chadwick clawed back vital points in the later heats.
Perhaps a more tactical approach with the Outlaws reserves would have reduced the final 10 point margin but without doubt 18 heats of top class racing.
On a final note young Braylan McDonald should not be disappointed with his 2 point score line as he will soon be the next “red hot” prospect on the international stage.
