NEWS: Cycle speedway magazines available at national cycle archive

For those interested in nostalgia and cycle speedway history, the National Cycle Archive at Warwick University holds what is probably the World’s biggest collection of cycle speedway magazines, press cuttings, programmes, leaflets and literally hundreds of photos, many dating back to the late Forties and early Fifties.

Details of the full collection can be viewed on the Archive’s website at

Alternatively members of the public can view the collection in person. Although appointments are not compulsory it is strongly recommended to book in advance, however the Modern Records Centre is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
