OBITUARY: Ivan Wells
33/18 News has received the sad news that Ivan Wells, father of Kevin & Ian Wells, passed away on Monday 9th August
Ivan was involved with the setting up and running of both Eaton CSC on Eaton Park, Norwich and the Harford track in Norwich. It was in the eighties that Harford held the inaugural Young England v Young Australia, and it was here that he made many lifelong friends.
Until recently, Ivan still attended many local matches. Over the years he sponsored events and supported a few riders including his grandson, Owen. He will be dearly missed.
His funeral will take place on Thursday 16th September at 2:00pm at Norwich St. Faith Crematorium, Horsham Saint Faith, Norwich, all welcome. Following the service all are invited to Elm Farm Country House for refreshments.
The service will be live streamed and available for 28 days after.
