A busy weekend of racing gets underway on Saturday with the Neil Lester Benefit Meeting at Leicester with 3 events, one for the Veterans at 1pm, an Over 40’s event at 3pm and an Open event at 5pm. The draws for all 3 events are listed below:

Moving on to Sunday and the South-East Regional League gets underway with action in all 3 Divisions, Division 1, Division 2 and the Youth League. Kesgrave welcome Hethersett to the War Memorial Playing Field. Kesgrave will be fielding 2 teams, the Panthers and the Pumas in the Youth League and they will race Hethersett’s Youth League team either side of a Division 2 match between the 2 teams. The action starts at 1pm. Norwich make the trip to Great Blakenham where there will be 1 match each in all 3 divisions with a 1pm start
The North & Scotland region sees the latest round of the Northern 4’s take place at Cookson Park, Sheffield where the action starts with an Under 10 & Under 13 Individual at midday. Sheffield then race against Stockport, Astley & Tyldesley, Bury, Heckmondwike & Hull at 1.30pm before the action finishes with an Individual for Under 16, Under 19, Women and Division 2 at 3pm. There is also League action at Glasgow’s Cathkin Sports Centre where the Cyclones welcome the Fife Revolutions for Division 2 and Division 3 matches starting at 1pm
