Haydn Rowley took the top spot on the podium for the second time in the Under 14 A final at the second national round of the British Youth and Junior League at Ipswich on Saturday.
After conceding to Pierce Bacon in heat three, Haydn finished on 15 points. A strong gate in the final, followed by 4 hard laps chased by Bacon – seeing off a third bend challenge from the Ipswich youngster, puts the boy in the Wednesfield Dragons colours, sponsored by Midlands recruitment firm First4Staff!, firmly in the lead going into round 3 at East Park.
