AUSTRALIA: Chadwick and Osborne take Salisbury titles
This year’s Brian Herd and Trevor Dutton Invitationals were raced and won last weekend at Salisbury Cycle Speedway, which saw some great competitive racing.
Joel Chadwick won the Brain Herd 26 inch invitational. Joel top scored on the day with 19 points, followed by Ryan Edson on 17 points and a three way tie for the last 2 spots between Shane Bentley, Jack Norman and Bobby McMillan, who all finished on 16 points.
Jack and Bobby won the run off to join Joel and Ryan in a sudden death final, where Joel took the win, followed by Bobby, Ryan and then Jack in fourth.
Cooper Osborne won the Trevor Dutton 20 inch Invitational. Cooper rode great without dropping a point all day to finish on 20 points. In second place was Jacob Pudney, finishing with a total of 19. Third place went to Thomas Jansen on 17, after a run off with Cooper Davies, who also finished the day on 17.
Well done to all that were invited and rode on the day.
