Another busy weekend of Cycle Speedway gets underway on Saturday with the Norfolk Individual Championships which will take place at Harford Park, Norwich starting at midday. Also on Saturday Fife take on Hull in Division 1 of the North & Scotland League.
Sunday sees action in all 4 regions as well as a match in the National League which sees Birmingham take on Great Blakenham. It will be a busy day at Perry hall Playing Fields as there is also 2 Midland league fixtures scheduled with Birmingham taking on Coventry and leicester taking on Wednesfield.
The North & Scotland League sees Astley & Tyldesley take on Bury in a Division 1 match whilst Sheffield welcome Heckmondwike for Division 2 & Division 3 matches at the Graves Tennis Centre. Round 7 of Sheffield’s Go-Ride series will also be at the Graves.
In Division 2 of the South-East League Hellingly have a double header of action in Norfolk starting at Eaton park where they take on Norwich starting at 11am before moving on to Hethersett for a 2pm start. The hawks and Lions will also race a Youth League match. Ipswich & Kesgrave will also face each other in Division 2 and the Youth League at Whitton Sports Centre
There is also action in the South & South Wales League where all 6 teams are in action. Southampton take on Horspath at the Shirley Ponds raceway, the 2 Newport teams meet at the track next to the Wales National Velodrome whilst Poole make the trip to Exeter
