Ireland team manager Steve Copping has announced the Ireland squads for the 2025 World Cups for which the qualifying rounds will take place at Eaton Park, Norwich on Saturday September 13th.
The Junior team will be exactly the same as the Home International, namely Lola & Mason Martin (Hethersett), Jude Wilcockson (Coventry), Joe Gillespie (Southampton) and Ethan Lawrence (Birmingham)
The Veterans team will be chosen from David Martin (Hethersett), Craig Norton (Birmingham), Ray Pyke (Great Blakenham), Paddy Wenn (Norwich), Gary Colby (Norwich) and Richard Williamson (Great Blakenham)
The Senior team will be chosen from Jack Herbert (Ipswich), Harley Hamill (Hethersett), Owen Wells (Ipswich), James Porter (Ipswich), Leon Mower (Kesgrave), Ricki Johnson (Birmingham) and Matt Hill (Ipswich).
The Junior team will be looking to finish in the top 3 to qualify for the final whilst the Veterans and Senior teams will be looking to finish in the top 2 to qualify for their respective finals, all of which will take place at Ipswich on Sunday 14th September
The 2025 World Championships will be Steve’s last as Ireland team manager as he will be standing down after the World Pairs at Kesgrave on Friday September 19th
