Astley & Tyldesley secretary Mike hack has been in touch with the following information regarding the Steve Harris Memorial meeting:
Astley & Tyldesley Cycling Club will be hosting the Steve Harris Memorial meeting at Gin Pit on Saturday 13th June 2026. A reminder that entries close this Sunday 31st May.
This will comprise a service to celebrate Steve’s life at 11.15 am, followed by a programme of cycle speedway racing, starting at 12.00. Donations received on the day will be forwarded to the British Heart Foundation.
There is an open invitation to everyone to attend and celebrate Steve’s amazing life. Riders wishing to participate in racing on the day are invited to apply by completing the official entry form:

Riders will be notified shortly after the closing date of this Sunday 31st May, of the afternoon’s racing schedule.
