NEWS: British Finals weekend accommodation

Ipswich Cycle Speedway club have announced details of accommodation for the British Individual Championships weekend, which takes place over the August Bank Holiday.

Ipswich chairman, Jamie Goldsmith said, “Whilst we would have preferred to be able to have a Central location, one large hotel suitable does not exist in Ipswich and none that we spoke to were prepared to give out discount codes for rooms unless the clubs paid the deposit upfront, which we would not do without knowing guaranteed numbers.

“However, due to the spread of the events over the Ipswich Area and the close Proximity, no matter which Track riders are riding at, riders and spectators alike should be no more than 20-30mins away (traffic permitting) at any one time.”
