BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIPS: Weekend Information announced

North & Scotland regional Chair Mike Hack has sent in the following information regarding the British Individual Finals Weekend:

The North & Scotland Region is pleased to announce information regarding the 2023 British Individual Finals Weekend, to be held over the Bank Holiday Weekend, 26-28 August.

Three clubs will be hosting the Championships – Hull and Sheffield will both stage events on both the Saturday and Sunday, whilst Astley & Tyldesley will promote the Monday Finals. The Sheffield club will utilise both the Cookson Park and Graves Centre tracks – actual days to be confirmed in June, once the football fixtures have been released, in view of Cookson Park’s close proximity to Sheffield Wednesday’s ground.

Entries

Riders need to possess a minimum of British Cycling Silver membership. Riders are to enter via British Cycling’s online booking system. Entries close one calendar month before the start of the Championships. The final schedule and draws will be issued early in August.

All four finals at Astley & Tyldesley will be sponsored by the Rotary Club of Astley.
