AUSTRALIA: Lucky for some

Whilst Friday 13th is deemed unlucky it was not the case for a few club members at the recent Findon annual end of season presentation evening as it was exactly the opposite. The main awards were as follows:

The Harley Medal. Brad Curnow.
The Bert Hill Medal. Chad Ricketts.
Senior Rider of the year. Rob Matthews.
Junior Rider of the year. Dre Lowick.
Winner of the Team Shield. Scorpions with 6669 points

The presentations were made by Club President Alan Staunton who although now into his 90s still spends countless hours preparing a superb racing surface. Tammy and Kayleigh Clarke provided the running commentary of the evenings
events to round off a “job well done” by all concerned.
