Hull played hosts to Heckmondwike in their final North & Scotland League match of the season. In division two both sides were understrength but crucially the Saints were a rider short of a full team. The match followed a pattern with Hull’s top three of Noah Lyon, Harry Gibson and Kacey Bennett racing unbeaten while Heckmondwike filled the second and third places. The only exceptions to this were in heat 9 when the visitors Lee Warhurst failed to finish after falling off and being struck by a team mate leaving Jayden Bennett to take a third place in the re-run and in heat 13 when Jayden teamed up with Noah Lyon for a maximum heat win.

Parker Galloway and Kenzie Edgley both made promising debuts for the home side. The match was raced in a very sporting manner with the weather being much milder than in recent weeks and Hull are likely to take the runner-up slot behind champions Sheffield. In the match race Noah Lyon shot from gate 1 with Pat Beacock unable to get on terms despite a concerted effort.

Hull 81: Harry Gibson 20, Noah Lyon 19+1, Kacey Bennett 15+1, Jayden Bennett 11, Sophia Temple 7, Parker Galloway 6, Kenzie Edgley 3+1.

Heckmondwike 63: Pat Beacock 16, Joe Brownell 13+3, Justin Naylor 13+2, Adrian Brownell 11+2, Lee Warhurst 10+1.

Hull completed an unbeaten season in division three with a 76 points to nil win with seven riders competing in a mixed under 10 and under 13 meeting. Jayden Bennett scored an unbeaten 16 points with Sophia Temple impressing with 14 points

Hull 76: Jayden Bennett 16, Sophia Temple 14, Alexis Woodcock 11, Aaliyah Temple 11, Parker Galloway 10, Kieran Edgley 8, Remy Guymer 6.
