The re-arranged Round 5 of the Manchester League series took place at Bury on Wednesday evening. The racing took place on a very dry, dusty track on a hot, sunny evening,
The ladder format provided its usual format of plenty of close racing between the groups. Bury’s Reece Pollitt took the individual win on the night, to move four points clear of Frank White of A&T in the series standings. Bury took their first win in the team series.
