CLUB NEWS: Medler sidelined for East London clash

Cycle Speedway returns to Eaton park this Sunday for South East action with a Divison One and Two clash against east London, tapes up at 2pm. Refreshments and free car park are available and the weather forecast is looking good.

Norwich would like to wish Jamie “Magic” Medler (cover photo) a speedy recovery, after an incident in Ipswich at the Whitton Raceway. Jamie suffered a nasty fall that later was diagnosed as a broken elbow.

A Norwich spokesman said: “Jamie is a great club man and solid back bone of the club, we wish him all the best. Unfortunately with his job a as a cycling coach, this has lost him wages for the next few months at least.”
