Subject to British Cycling approval Birmingham Monarchs are delighted to announce the signing of Charlie Rumbold (pictured below in action for Ireland) from Ipswich.
One of Ireland’s best riders and a solid asset to the GB squad. He will be a welcome asset to the Monarchs for the new 2020 season.
