A busy weekend kicks off on Saturday with the Steve Harris memorial Meeting at Astley & Tyldesley. This will comprise a service to celebrate Steve’s life at 11.15am, followed by a programme of cycle speedway racing.from 12 noon.
Sunday sees action in all 4 regions. In the South-East region there are Division 2 and Development League matches at both Ipswich & Kesgrave. Norwich are the visitors to Whitton Sports Centre whilst Hellingly are the opposition at the War Memorial Playing Field, The action gets underway at 12 noon at both venues
In the North & Scotland region it is the latest round of the Scottish League and this takes place at Fife starting at 1pm. Meanwhile Sheffield stage the latest round of the Yorkshire League at Cookson Park starting at 12 noon
Birmingham is the venue for the action in the Midlands which consists of the latest British Youth & Junior League Midland Regional Round at 11.30am which will be followed by Round 5 of the Midland Battle at pm
Finally the South & South Wales region has 2 league matches with Poole taking on Southampton and Horspat welcoming Newport to the Village. Both matches start at 2pm
