NEWS: Ladies racing set for Sky TV debut

The second of a ‘World Series’ of major international Cycle Speedway events – the Yale UK sponsored World Ladies Final from Wednesfield (Wolverhampton) – has been completed and will be shortly be sent to the Sports Unlimited programme producers.

It will be the first time that a Woman’s meeting will have been featured on a major TV programme. The Yale UK World Woman’s final will be seen in over 30 countries around the world. The footage is most impressive.

Work has now started on the Great Britain V Australia third Test match from Coventry. It’s hoped the Coventry featured Test match, which witnessed a very large crowd and a new standard of promotion and presentation, will be visually impressive and continue the high level of the current productions.

Meanwhile, the first match of the projected ‘World Series’ run, the World Cup Final from Poole, will be aired on Sky Sports TV on November 18th and 19th. Full timings and channels will be issued soon.
