NEWS: Cycle Speedway on Sky Sports this week

Final details of fantastic national TV coverage of the sport have now been released – with the sport set to zoom into homes cross the UK this coming week which will net the sport its biggest TV exposure for several years.

The Dolphin Shopping Centre sponsored World Team Cup final from Poole will be first shown this Wednesday evening, 18th November, at 6pm on Sky Sports 3, which is seen throughout the UK to subscribers, pubs, clubs and hotel chains.

The World Team Cup final will be repeated a further three times over the following 24 hours – with all the action on the Sky Sports 3 platform.

It will be shown on Thursday 19th November at: 3am, 8am and 1pm.

Joe McLaughlin, who has now brought the sport to hundreds of millions of people on TV screens 14 times globally said, “The footage from Poole is terrific and is visually very impressive, helped by the huge crowd attracted by the Poole club.

Poole supremo Graham Sutton provides the race commentary at the upcoming meetings, Shaun Reynolds the interviews, Rob Haywood`s Venture Video company the filming and Myke Grimes has produced the sponsors graphics.

Cycle Speedway is set for further Sky Sports coverage in December with the Yale UK supported World Woman’s Final from the splendid World Finals day at Wednesfield among another three matches to be screened.
