BREAKING: Birmingham riders EL switch ratified by British Cycling

British Cycling have just announced that riders signed for Birmingham on a first licence, or on an Elite League licence, will be able to sign for one of the other five Elite League clubs for the 2016 series.

The decision went up to boardroom level, with British Cycling President Bob Howden approving the move by chairman Colin Docker, who commented the move is “looking at the interests of CS Sport and riders concerned.”

Riders were informed of the news by BC facilitator Paul West minutes ago, they will have until midday on 31st March 2016 to get their completed transfer forms to BCHQ.
