Leading the new Brandon line-up is expected to be exciting new debutant Cameron Gill, who has immediately impressed in his first outings. He is likely to be joined by Rugby based twins Owen and Lee Gregory.

Local youngsters Tom Savage and Amy Baynes are also expected to feature, along with promising new girl racer Alex Long (if available). All the team will race in their new yellow and black colours, with the original old `fighting bee` emblem of the Coventry Bees motor speedway team, emblazoned across the front.

Acting Brandon Bees club chairman Rob Hardie, whose sterling work has helped restore the Bretford Playing Field track back into top condition, said: “This development of a brand new team of riders is simply fantastic. It great to see the track being used again by so many local young people”.
