TRANSFER NEWS: 3 riders expected to join Gt Blakenham
Great Blakenham have announced 3 new signings for the 2020 season, subject to approval by British Cycling in all cases
Irealnd International Leon Mower was a member of the winning Ipswich team in the recent British Indoor Team Final and also made the Open Individual Final from which he had to withdraw after 1 ride due to injury. Leon had 2 seasons with Gt Blakenham in 2008 & 2009, their last 2 seasons in the Premier League and has also worn the colours of Kesgrave in South-East Division 1.
Harvey Young is the reigning Under 14 British Individual Champion and a member of the Ipswich team which won the last 2 British Under 16 Club Championship titles. He was also the 2018 Under 14 British Indoor runner up
Jamie Chittock hasn’t ridden competitively for a couple of years, he recently moved to Great Blakenham village and his daughter attended some of Great Blakenham’s training sessions so it seems only natural for him to transfer across to Great Blakenham from Kesgrave
