Bury hosted Round 2 of the Manchester Individual Grand Prix series at Goshen on Sunday. Heavy rain early on made for wet and heavy track conditions, with 21 riders turning out.

Astley & Tyldesley’s Tom Morrissey raced to another maximum in the u-13s match, whilst Sheffield’s Oliver Banyard lost twice to Morrissey. Bury’s Harry Radford rode to another maximum in the Junior match, with Sheffield’s Kielan Burton losing twice to Radford, as he felt the effects of a heavy crash involving the pair in heat 1. A&T’s Reece Pollitt also rode to a convincing maximum score in the Senior match. All three maximum scorers extended the leads in their respective GP series.
