Leicester Monarchs are pleased to announce the return of former Bristish Champion Phil Howells to Glover Park.
Phil made many friends during his years as a Leicester rider and will be a useful addition to the senior ranks. The club would also like to thank Graham Sutton of Poole for his help with the transfer.
