WANTED: Young Oval Master forks

Looking at our web stats it’s clear to see 33/18 News has a worldwide reach and one of our Danish readers, Jonas Karstens Brandt is hopeful of finding a set of forks for a young oval master. Can you help?

I’m a Copenhagener seeking help from the British Cycle Speedway community, to source me a fork for a Young Oval Master Speedway bike.

There’s absolutely no Cycle Speedway over here, that’s why I go to you.

The fork needs to be 1 1/8″ steerer, have a lugged crown and preferably chrome plated. I hope to buy second hand.

If anyone has one, or know of one, let me know!

Cheers

As we have seen in Japan and Slovakia in recent years, Cycle Speedway does not always need an expensive facility. Countries wanting to get involved only need to find a suitably flat surface and a way of marking our a track. Add in a whistle or a bit of elastic for the start sequence and you’ve got Cycle Speedway! The same goes for any UK cities without a CS track.

If you’ve got any of the require forks for sale, please email Jonas!
