NEWS: British Cycling release Supertrax Battle of Britain postcode details

British Cycling have released the details of where the post codes will be drawn up for the Supertrax Battle of Britain series, which begins at the end of April next year.

Eligibility to ride for a region in the Battle of Britain is based on the rider’s address of residence as per their British Cycling Membership record.

The boundaries for each BC CS Region team are defined by the British Cycling Region Boundaries as outlined below:

  • CS South and Wales – BC South West, South, Central & Wales
  • CS Eastern – BC South East, Eastern
  • CS Midland – BC West Midlands & East Midlands
  • CS North and Scotland – BC North West, Yorkshire, North East & Scotland.

The Battle of Britain gives all riders across the sport access to elite level racing, rather than just those signed to a handful of clubs. This creates a clear career pathway for aspiring young riders; from their first session, into club teams, before moving on to junior and senior elite level for their region, with international opportunities awaiting beyond that.
