ROD WITHAM: Suggestions required as to how to honour Rod

As a tribute to the late Rod Witham Bill Gill is seeking suggestions on how best to pay tribute to him. One suggestion was to promote the 2020 Finals weekend in Norwich in May 2021 but British Cycling have said that clubs that were awarded national events in 2020 would get first refusal for 2021 . Meanwhile he is hoping the world of Cycle Speedway will have various suggestions as to how Rod can be honoured in style. Another suggestion is annual award similar to Wilkinson sword.
