Here are the updated GP scores for the Under 16s category of the British Youth and Junior League series, after national round 2 at Ipswich Cycle Speedway.

Brandon Whetton’s unbeaten run came to an end at Ipswich, with a surprising second place in the B-final, he does still have a strong 15 point lead, going into his home round at East Park in a few weeks time. Lee Kemp won his first A-final of the season but it couldn’t lift him out of 6th place. Adam Watson finished in a strong second place lifting him in to third place in the series, only two points behind second placed Ben Harvey, who despite a strong unbeaten run in the regional rounds, has not had an equal measure of success in the national rounds. Sam Schofield continued his strong campaign, with another A-final appearance, finishing third, with Astley and Tyldesley’s Reece Pollitt taking the fourth placed spot in the A-final.
