CLUB NEWS: Sign up for the Breckland Autos Charity Cup at Hethersett

Hethersett Hawks Cycle Speedway Club will be staging the annual Breckland Autos Charity Cup on the 15th October, and would like to invite riders to compete, this is a senior event so would suggest over 13’s, any rider wishing to compete should email a reply by 1st October to hawks@wellsfamily.co.uk All riders on the day should sign in by 13.30pm for a 14.00pm start.

Hethersett Hawks/Myhill Decorators member, Glyn Morgan, had a good day of veterans’ racing at Eaton Park in Norwich. He represented the Orchid Eurovets Select against the British Lions squad going to Australia in November. Hethersett Hawks/Myhill Decorators had eight riders contesting the Norfolk Go-Ride Championships in sweltering conditions at Eaton Park. The riders came back with four of the seven titles – Owen Wells retained both his Under 16 and Under 19 titles and George Larter also retained his Under-10 Championship.
