WOMEN’S LEAGUE: Road closed to Cookson Park

Due to the Great Yorkshire 10K run being staged in Sheffield, access to the
Cookson Park circuit will not be possible along the A61 (Penistone Road) that runs past the Sheffield Wednesday Football Stadium (Hillsborough).

Those travelling North on the M1 are recommended to exit at Junction 34 (Meadowhall Shopping) Then follow signs for Hillsborough/Fir Vale Northern General Hospital (A6102).

The journey is approx. 4.1 mile and will take 15 minutes.
