NEWS: Indoor Finals Hotel Bookings Surge

British Cycle Speedway followers can look ahead to a successful British Indoor Finals weekend in January if initial bookings at the official championship hotel in Coventry are anything to go by.

The Village Hotel, in Earlsdon, Coventry have confirmed today they have already sold more rooms for this years championships, to be staged on 3rd and 4th January 2015, than for the whole duration of the same event last winter. With the finals still eight weeks away, this augurs well for the overall success of the event.

An official organising committee of the Midland League said: : “These are pleasing figures. All the indications are that, if these figures are reflected in championship entries, then we are set for a very successful British Indoor finals weekend”.

The official hotel of the British Indoor Finals will be the Village Hotel, Dolomite Avenue, Earlsdon, Coventry, CV4 9GZ – just over the road from the Coventry track at Hearsall Common. The Village Hotel is just four miles – straight down the main A45 – from the indoor venue.

Organisers have secured both Friday night (2nd January 2015) and Saturday night (3rd January 2015) accommodation for just £50.00 per room per night. Family rooms are also available, for a supplement of just £5 per child. These costings represents no increase for this years events.

Those that wish to stay in Coventry on the final day of the championships, Sunday 4th January, can also take advantage of the special rates at the hotel by staying for the extra night before travelling home on the Monday. Same rates apply.

All accommodation includes full English breakfast and the use of the Village Hotel`s luxurious swimming pool and leisure facilities.
The Village Hotel was a hospitable and welcoming venue for riders, parents, friends, families and supporters who used the hotel whilst attending the 2013 British Final at Hearsall Common. It boasts award winning restaurants, bars and a Starbucks franchise.
