RESULTS: Midlands and South East and East at the double
South East and East made it three out of three in Ipswich against North and Scotland this afternoon, meanwhile the Midlands managed the same feat against South West and Wales at East Park in round 3 of the Battle of Britain.
The results mean the South East and East sit unbeaten at the top of the elite men’s class, but with the Midlands in hot pursuit – they meant in a crunch match in round 4 at Kesgrave in a few weeks time. In the elite junior, it’s the Midlands who have pulled away from the rest of the pack and look favourites to take the title at the half way stage.
