AUSTRALIA: Findon finishing on a high

The penultimate meeting of the 2022 season saw a reasonable attendance of competitors with Australian International Shane Bentley taking the Open event from highly rated teenagers Blake Frencken and Ryan Knights.

In the lower division it was a near faultless performance from Tian Love to head the scorechart from Hannah Powell and Samuel Dickson. The Womens division produced a series of hard fought heats that concluded with a narrow victory for Gemma Lowick whilst Brooklyn Taheny and Jackie Kinross fully deserved the runners up positions. However the afternoon also saw a star of the future when Shane Bentley’s son Levi took to the track in the Tiny Tots 1 lap race and he was certainly on the pace.
