NEWS: Too hot to handle in Adelaide

With a 39c forecast for Saturday the Le Fevre Club opted to stage their weekly meeting on Friday evening in a cooler 34c!

In an Individual event featuring 6 rider races it was Corey Stevens who took the major podium position from international competitor Ty Gertsen and Todd Clarke. Darnell Thompson and UK bound Jack Norman have now elevated to the higher junior level and both dictated the outcome of the awards.

Bearing in mind the extreme weather conditions, a total field of 24 competitors saw their 2015 season off to a good start.

A couple of days later at Findon, in a more pleasant 32c , over 40 plus riders contested events at various age categories. The again unbeaten Shane Bentley headed the Division 1 from Brad Delmenico whilst in the Womens event the in form Nicky Kinross headed the score chart from sister Jackie and Latisha Bevear. However the undoubted progress that Bevear has made in recent months has given her the added enthusiasm prior to her visit to the UK later this year to contest the 2015 ICSF World Championships.
