AUSTRALIA: World No. 2 Chadwick to undergo surgery

Two members of the Australian ICSF World Championship party, that are scheduled to arrive in the UK during mid July, are to be hospitalized in the very near future.

Firstly world number two and international competitor, Cody Chadwick, will have surgery next week to repair a ruptured Anterior Cruciate Ligament.

Tour Director Kevin Bickle will also be receiving treatment and as a result has decided to stand down from the taxing role. The Australian Cycle Speedway Council have indicated they will be naming a successor in due course.

In the meantime we are sure that the sport worldwide will join in wishing both a speedy recovery.
