Following analysis of the Referee Reports for 2017, the following clubs came top of the pile in respect of the 2016 British Cycling Cycle Speedway Club Fair Play Award. Former CS Commission chairman, Graham Elliott’s campaign against poor discipline during the 2015 season would appear to have had some success. East London’s Kevin Smith was presented with the 2014 fair play award on Saturday at their very successful Go ride event, by Cycle Speedway Commission chairman Graham Elliott. Elliott travelled down to a sunny Canning Town to present the award and watch some of the action, as the East Londoners continue their recruitment drive. Congratulations to the East London team.
